Sour with Peach and Vanilla pint glass salt and olive oilOur third Luminary Society release of 2023 is a mouth puckering sour brewed with peaches and vanilla extract. The base of this barrel aged beer is an effervescent Saison first brewed on our pilot system in the spring of 2021. After initial fermentation with a Belgian Ale yeast, the project moved to Cabernet Sauvignon barrels previously home to several batches of our beloved Rhapsody sour series.
